701x has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Rep. in the fast growing AgTech industry! We offer an innovative GPS ear tag and software platform for cattle management that enables ranchers to do more with less. We are seeking someone who enjoys talking and connecting with farmers/ranchers and is motivated to learn new things about the agricultural industry and improve it. This position allows a hard-working individual to expand their knowledge, grow within the company, and to be part of revolutionizing the industry into smart ranching. The hire would become part of a highly skilled team that is continuously looking for ways to better the industry and improve the lives of those involved. Aside from our current ear tag and software platform, 701x is creating a variety of tech innovations to optimize the ranching process.


About the Role:

The Inside Sales Rep. will work directly with our Marketing team, Sales Representative, and often coordinate with other members of the Business team as well. The hire must be savvy in finding ways to best reach and connect with our target customers, well-versed in social media, and will need to gain a thorough understanding of our products. The main objectives of this position are to make connections, increase awareness of our brand and products, receive and report feedback for the betterment of our products, and to increase our sales. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential to this position. The Inside Sales Rep. must also be able to utilize a computer for entering data daily on HubSpot and collaborating with other employees and customers.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license

Excellent written and verbal skills

Considerable experience with social media platforms

Experience and effectiveness in sales and customer service

Ability to self-manage

Goal-oriented

Ability to utilize a computer, Microsoft Office, HubSpot and other software program

Capability to sit at a desk for extended periods


Responsibilities:

Perform continuous research on target market

Occasional cold calling

Build and maintain contact lists / follow up with customers to drive relationships

Enter data daily on HubSpot

Become deeply knowledgeable about the products / answer questions about the product Highlight features of the products to show how they solve customer problems

Schedule potential client meetings

Collaborate daily with the Sales Representative and Marketing team

Identify potential customers, lead generation and conversion

Little to no travel required

Compensation

$40,000 - $55,000
