Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Rep. will work directly with our Marketing team, Sales Representative, and often coordinate with other members of the business team as well. The hire must be savvy in finding ways to best reach and connect with our target customers, well-versed in social media, and will need to gain a thorough understanding of our products. The main objectives of this position is to make connections, grow awareness of our brand and products, receive and report feedback for the betterment of our products, and to increase our sales. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential to this position. The Inside Sales Rep. must also be able to utilize a computer for entering data daily on HubSpot and collaborating with other employees and customers.

Requirements

· Perform continuous research on target market

· Occasional cold calling

· Identify potential customers, lead generation and conversion

·Build and maintain contact lists / follow up with customers to drive relationships

· Enter data daily on HubSpot

· Become very knowledgeable about the products / answer questions about the product

· Highlight features of the products to show how they solve customer problems

· Schedule potential client meetings

· Collaborate daily with the Sales Representative and Marketing team

· Little to no travel required


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Fargo, ND 58103: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

We have developed a cattle management system consisting of a record-keeping app and optional GPS/activity monitoring ear tags for livestock. We are continuously improving and adding features to our software app, as well as adding in a variety of other hardware devices and sensors to help automate the production of beef cattle. We’re seeking someone who enjoys talking and connecting with farmers/ranchers and is motivated to learn new things about the agricultural industry and improve it. The hire would become part of a highly skilled team that is continuously looking for ways to better the industry and improve the lives of those involved.

Qualifications

· Must have valid drivers license

· Excellent written and verbal skills

· Considerable experience with social media platforms

· Experience and effectiveness in sales and customer service

· Ability to self-manage

· Goal-oriented

· Ability to utilize a computer, Microsoft Office, HubSpot and other software programs

· Capability to sit at a desk for extended periods
