Job Description
Responsibilities

The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist will manage all paid search campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook), as well as other search and display marketing engines. A successful SEM Specialist will effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the Sales and Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and attract customers. 

  • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns on Google and Meta

  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

  • In-depth experience with bid management tools

  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar website analytics tools

  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports

  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Deep understanding of the marketing landscape, previous B2B experience is a plus

  • Creative thinking that inspires out-of-the box ideas

  • Must have exceptional project management skills

  • Understanding of the Agriculture Industry is a plus

  • Experience using a CRM, specifically HubSpot

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

  • Ability to create short form video content

  • Graphic design capability, familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field  

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience working with various graphics & digital marketing platforms  

  • Ability to be independent and have the initiative to start and complete projects with minimal supervision.  

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook365, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)  

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or similar design software  

  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)  

  • Proficient understanding of various print and layout techniques when designing projects  

  • Proficient with website management and design, specifically Wix or a related platform  

  • Excellent verbal and written skills  

  • Ability to self-manage  

  • Goal-oriented 

  • Must have a valid driver’s license  

  • Occasional Travel

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Fargo, ND 58103: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

We are looking for a talented, driven Search Engine Marketing Specialist to manage all pay-per-click (PPC) and digital marketing activities to help increase awareness of our brand and products to a nationwide audience. The Search Engine Marketing Specialist will work directly with our fast-paced and dynamic team, including our Marketing Coordinator and Sales Representatives, and often coordinate with other members of the Business team. The hire must be savvy in finding ways to best reach and connect with our target customers, be up to date with current marketing trends, have a passion for innovative technology, and always be willing to learn new things. This position allows a hard-working individual to expand their knowledge, grow within the company, and to be part of revolutionizing the industry into smart ranching.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a quantitative, test-driven field

  • Minimum of 1-2 years proven experience working with various graphics & digital marketing platforms

  • Ability to be independent and have initiative to start and complete projects with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook365, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite

  • Proficient with website management specifically Wix or a related platform

  • Excellent verbal and written skills

  • Ability to self-manage

  • Must have a valid driver’s license, minimal but occasional travel
